Iagree with you that it is possible for people to be happy despitefacing misfortunes in life. I agree with you that people judgethemselves as unfortunate or having faced some misfortunes in life, when there are people facing worse situations. I tend to think thatsome of these misfortunes are not specific to each individual, butuniversal in nature. I also think that happiness is a universalthing. I believe that it is the way we judge either the misfortune,or the happiness that determines whether we will be happy or not. Therefore, a person can achieve happiness if he believes in the same, despite facing some misfortunes.

Thevideos you provided are really inspiring, and they made me take timeto think about what I have experienced and realized that I should behappy. The inspiration from the second video gives all people thereasons why they should be happy and consider themselves blessed. Thefact that many people are happy despite facing difficulties in lifeshows that it is possible to be happy at all time. I agree with youthat it is important for people to take time and evaluate themselvesto know why they should be happy.

Ithink that Aristotle was more idealistically subjective than he wasrealistic. He was explaining things in a manner that was onlyconsidering the way things should work in life, and not the waythings really are. On the other hand, religious teachings, like theone of Jesus explain to people how life is, and encourages them to behappy. This gives people hope that despite the many challenges weface in life, we can be happy because we have a lot of reasons to behappy.
