The use of eLearning technology enables theorganization in question to come up with a business advantage, forexample the creation of a customized education and training software(British Academy of Management, 2012). The eLearning technology,which is part of a centralized architectural structure in anorganization, includes lesson plans, monitors progress of onlineclasses and organizational goals.

Thisis because just like the use of KM technology for innovation andcreation of a competitive edge, eLearning technology plays importanttools for organizations that use knowledge workers and a highlytrained staff. Additionally, the architectural structure is alsoemphasizes on the staff having deep expertise, especially isconsulting firms (International Journal of Management, 2014). TheeLearning technology ensures knowledge management systems are up todate with the demands of the organization within competitive businessenvironment.
