TheTeacher begins his Lecture by asking a question to the students. Heasks them to look around and see the difference there is with themodern church. Theteacher begins to explain the word ‘Rabbi.’ the teacher statesthat the word rabbi is Judaism. He also states that rabbi meansteacher. In Judaism Rabbi is not ordained as in Jews. There werevarious types of Rabbi that included community rabbi, student rabbi,and many others. The teacher also talks about the Day of Judgment.Here the teacher states that people will have the spirit ofreflection. He also states that the principles of the day of tormentare to hope and pray that one’s name is in the book of life. Theteacher also says that every year God does a check in the book oflife. The teacher also states that you cannot seek forgiveness fromGod before first seeking forgiveness from people you have wronged.

Thestory of Abraham is then brought about by a student. God commandedAbraham to sacrifice his son. When Abraham was about to sacrifice hisson God provided a lamb. The point of the story is that God wanted totest Abraham’s faith in Him. It was noted that after the incidentthere is no other place in the Bible that Isaac speaks to his father,Abraham. Abraham also dies after telling his wife Sarah what hadtranspired. The question of arranged marriage is brought up. Theteacher states that that is as wide as an ocean and that he cannotthink of any.
