JeremyGross killed Christopher Beer in cold blood. Since the murder wascaught on a video tape, then evidence has prevailed which acts as anabsolute truth in a court of law.I think justice should be presented to the family of the victim sinceit is true that He, Jeremy Gross committed murder. He was convictedof felony murder, robbery at class felony and conspiracy to commitmurder. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. Thebasic facts show that there is evidence that murder was committed butafter committing the crime, he with his confederate ran from thescene. Gross admitted that he committed the crime and he even gavethe taped statement admitting that he entered the store to rob(Kotlowitz, 2003).

Grossshot the cashier when he refused to hand him the cash and he admittedtaking the security recorder to conceal the crime. We can see that hecommitted the murder through killing Beers intentionally. Grossargues that his multiple convictions is unconstitutional in regard toIndiana probation against a double jeopardy. The Double Jeopardyclause in Indiana prohibits one to be convicted if there is areasonable feasibility that the evidentiary facts establishesimperative elements of one offense may be inclusive in establishingessential elements of the second challenged offense(Kotlowitz, 2003).

Hecommitted class A felony by firing a gun and taking $650 whichviolates Indiana Double Jeopardy. Finally, we can conclude thatJeremy Gross did knowingly took property in presence of Beers whichis the United States Currency by making Beers fear through use offorce which led to serious body harm that is death. The record alsosupports the trial findings where Gross sentence is Class A felonywhere the respects of the caught are all affirmed.
